AiDA by Niche Drops
In developmentA call-intelligence and follow-up product for small businesses that win or lose work on the phone. The missed-call service is close to launch, and we're opening a small number of beta places.
The problem it's being built for
In a lot of service businesses the phone is the business. Someone rings while you're on a job, it goes to voicemail, and by the time you call back they've booked someone else. Even when calls are answered, the useful details often stay in someone's head or on a notepad.
What AiDA is intended to do
These are the directions we're building towards:
- capture inbound and outbound business calls;
- transcribe and analyse what was said;
- identify leads and the customer details that matter;
- structure that call information so it's usable afterwards;
- support follow-up on missed calls;
- help draft follow-up messages;
- support booking and related workflow steps.

From call handling to operational intelligence
AiDA is being developed to do more than organise individual customer conversations.
The current missed-call work is the starting point. The wider direction includes supporting answered inbound and outbound calls so important details, commitments, follow-up actions and recurring customer questions can be captured more consistently.
With the appropriate consent and controls, this information could also help a business understand how enquiries are handled, what staff repeatedly collect or explain, where handovers break down and which administrative tasks may be improved or automated.
This would allow AiDA to support both the customer-facing workflow and the wider process-review work performed through Niche Systems.
Where it's actually up to
AiDA is in active development. The missed-call service is the furthest along and is close to launch; the wider call-intelligence directions above are still being built. We publish performance figures, accuracy claims and integration lists when they are real and confirmed.
Handling call recordings and customer information carries real privacy obligations. Calls are only recorded or analysed with the consent required by Australian law, and that applies to every direction described above. We're treating this as part of building the product properly, not as an afterthought. Our current practices are described in the privacy policy.
Join the AiDA beta
The AiDA missed-call service is close to launch, and we're opening a small number of beta places for Australian service businesses. Beta users receive a reduced testing rate while we refine onboarding and can lock in a lower founding-member rate for as long as they remain continuously subscribed to the AiDA missed-call service.
Best suited to businesses that lose opportunities when calls go unanswered or follow-up is delayed.
